To use Khelas's services, you must meet the core eligibility requirements below. It is every member's responsibility to read and agree to these terms and conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Use of Khelas by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and hold a valid national ID card or passport.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• All information you provide during registration must be completely accurate and truthful.

Creating an account on Khelas is completely free. During registration, you will need to provide your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Providing false information will result in account closure without verification.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. Allowing others to access your account is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• If you forget your password, reset it using your registered phone number or email address.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, notify the support team immediately.
• If you log in on a public device, make sure to log out when your session is over.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

All members must follow the designated rules when placing bets on Khelas. Khelas's decision is final on all matters relating to betting markets, odds, and the settlement of results.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Khelas reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, all related bets will be settled in accordance with Khelas's established policy.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match is prohibited and will be treated as arbitrage betting.
• Khelas is not liable for any losses resulting from internet delays during live betting.

Khelas offers betting across more than 30 sports categories, including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and badminton. Separate rules may apply to each category and will be listed on the relevant page.

Khelas supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are fast, secure, and fully transparent.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed from unverified accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Khelas reserves the right to hold payments and report to the relevant authorities in cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions.

Khelas regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

• A specific wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be claimed.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is established, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Khelas may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the reasons listed below. No compensation will be provided for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Creating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Being underage or assisting a minor in using an account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

• Official sports data sources will be used to resolve any disputes regarding betting outcomes.
